Pooja is an orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapist who has been working in out-patient physiotherapy setting since last 5 years.
After completing her bachelors degree in Physiotherapy from India she moved to Canada to persue Masters in rehabilitation science with focus on chronic pain, from McGill University.
She has done certification courses on persistent pain management, acupuncture, and McKenzie Part A and Mulligan technique. She enjoys treating musculoskeletal conditions like strains and sprains, tendinitis, TMJ/ ACL injuries and post- operative conditions. She has a keen interest in continuing education and is looking forward to expand her scope of practice by doing Pelvic floor rehabilitation, concussion management courses.
In her spare time, she likes to keep active by biking, running. She is also a visual artist and sometimes does live painting in the community.
