Sarah Perry is a compassionate and trauma-informed Registered Social Worker with over six years of experience practicing psychotherapy in the mental health field. She supports individuals (16+) navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, low self-esteem, and body image concerns.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centred, with an emphasis on creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. Sarah helps clients explore and better understand the different parts of themselves, process their experiences, and build a life aligned with their values.
She holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s of Social Work from Lakehead University, and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Sarah’s clinical background includes work in addictions, trauma services, and both virtual and in-person psychotherapy. She draws from a diverse toolkit of evidence-based modalities including:
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed interventions

How do I connect virtually?
Virtual sessions are held through Zoom. Once you’ve booked an
appointment, you’ll receive a secure Zoom link by email. You’ll need to
download the Zoom app and sign in to join your session.
Are virtual appointments private?
Yes. Sessions are conducted through Zoom using end-to-end encryption,
which means conversations are private and secure. To support this level
of security, all participants must use the Zoom phone or desktop app and
be logged in.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed—you can book directly with your therapist.
