Safaa Soliman is a dedicated and passionate Registered Manual Osteopath proudly serving the Ottawa community. A graduate of the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto, Safaa has committed her career to enhancing the health and well-being of her patients through manual osteopathy.
With a profound passion for helping others, Safaa finds immense satisfaction in witnessing the positive impact her osteopathy sessions have on her patients’ lives. Her approach is holistic, focusing on the root causes of discomfort and providing tailored treatments that promote overall wellness.

Osteopathic Cranial Treatment
An osteopathic cranial approach focuses on the head and neck to ease tissue and joint restrictions and support optimal function. Gentle, hands-on techniques may help relieve headaches and tension, improve comfort and mobility, and promote the body’s natural self-regulating and relaxation responses.
Low-Level Laser Therapy (Photobiomodulation)
Low-level laser therapy is a non-invasive, light-based modality used as an adjunct to manual care. When appropriate, it may help reduce pain and inflammation and support tissue healing in some musculoskeletal conditions. Treatment plans are individualized and results vary.

She is happy to work with clients aged 12 and up. Please note, Safaa does not treat prenatal, postnatal, or pediatric clients.
Safaa is originally from Egypt and is pleased to serve her patients in both English and Arabic.
