Connor is a passionate RMT with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy from Algonquin College and a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Born and raised in Ottawa, Connor has been immersed in sports his entire life, competing at the provincial level in soccer. Transitioning to the therapy side of athletics, he gained valuable experience working with the Ottawa Sooners Football Club, the University of Ottawa Varsity Therapy Team, and the Algonquin Thunder Varsity Therapy Team.
Connor brings high energy and enthusiasm to his work, fueled by a deep passion for maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. His greatest strength as a therapist lies in his ability to understand each patient’s unique needs, crafting effective and straightforward treatment plans tailored for success.
He believes the most important aspect of treatment is education, because the more someone understands their body and its movement, the more informed they are on where their pain or discomfort could be stemming from and how to heal.
